1. About Samsung phones:

U/U1 is US version, U version does NoT support OTA update, U1 version supports OTAupdate, usually, we send U1 version to customers. F/B/FD are global version, 00 isHongkong/Chinese version, all of them support full languages and OTA update.

2. About Samsung Language:

For U/U1 version, when you turn on the phone, maybe there only have Deutsch /French /Spanish/Portuguese/ltalian /Japanese /Korean /Vietnamese / Chinese languagesoptions, but you can add your languages by yourself easily. lf you don’t know how to do it,pls contact us to get help, we will send you video for adding languages.

3. About Samsung Language:

For U/U1 version, some languages (such as Russian, Arabic, Hebrew, Polish etc) are onlypartial in this phone. That means, even you set the default language intoRussian/Arabic/Hebrew/Polish, there still have about 50% menus showing in English.But Deutsch/French/Spanish/Portuguese/ltalian/apanese/Korean/Vietnamese/Chineselanguages are completed.

4. About Storage:

The internal storage will be less than specification, since part of it will be occupied bybuilt-in system and apps. For example, ROM is 16GB, but only 11-13GB can be used, it isnormal.

5.About Battery :

The battery efficiency of phone will be less than standard. Normally it would be around 80%to 90%. We do not accept any test from the third party applications, such as phoneinfo, lMElinfo, Hardware Test, AccuBattery etc. And we don’t accept any dispute with the reason suchas the battery capacity is not as described.

6. About Phone:

The phones we sell are original refurbished or used with good condition, we will test thephone function can work normally before shipment. We won’t accept any dispute with thereason that the phone is not new or fake product.

7. About Waterproof:

The phones does NOT support waterproof. Any dispute due to the waterproof functiontesting will be considered as man-made problem, and we do not accept any dispute or anyrefund due to this kind of situation.

8.About Accessories:

All accessories for used or refurbished phone will not be original, but with good quality,similar as original. Maybe some specifications wrote on the box are not correct, but thephones are original with official correct specifications. Any dispute for “Fake accessories”will not be accepted, and no refund will be made for this kind of situation.

9.About Repair:

Please let us know firstly if there is any problem on your phone. Any disassembly orrepairing neither by buyer nor repairing store without our permission will be considered asman-made problem, we do not accept any dispute or refund due to this kind of situation.

10.About Warranty sticker:

All our phones have warranty labels, please keep the warranty labels as they are to getwarranty, otherwise we will not accept any disputes or compensation for quality problems.
